My Approach

I am a Clinical Psychologist and former School Teacher and have spent all of my career working alongside young people

as they navigate anxiety, stress, emotional difficulties and important life transitions.

I have a deep appreciation of the pressures faced by adolescents and young adults and love that these years are full of growth, change and possibility. What an honour it is to help a young person flourish into adulthood!

In life we are all so different. I approach each individual with curiosity, seeking to understand what is important for them and how we can work together to build existing strengths and develop new capabilities.  I strive to create a calm, reflective and collaborative space where individuals can explore what is happening for them and make meaningful change.

I love working with people to help them make sense of their thoughts and feelings, build confidence, and move towards a life that feels fulfilling, meaningful and aligned with what matters most to them.
