My Approach
I am a Clinical Psychologist and former Primary School Teacher and have spent all of my career working alongside others to help them grow and flourish.
I know first hand the pressures and responsibilities women, especially those in the helping professions, carry in their working and personal lives, and my own experiences and challenges have quietly shaped a heartfelt understanding and commitment to supporting women as they find their way through difficult seasons.

I have a well-established history working alongside children and adolescents. I love the enthusiasm of childhood and I know for sure that the right support and guidance has the potential to create new hope and possibility for a young life.
In life we are all so different. I approach each individual with curiosity, seeking to understand what is important for them and how we can work together to build existing strengths and develop new capabilities. I strive to create a calm, reflective and collaborative space where individuals can explore what is happening beneath the surface and make meaningful change.

Life can be Exciting, Confusing, Joyful and Overwhelming - Often All at Once!

I love working with people to help them make sense of their thoughts and feelings, build confidence, and move towards a life that feels fulfilling, meaningful and aligned with what matters most to them.

I bring compassion and warmth, moments of fun and laughter,
and a grounded approach to
reflection, learning and
positive growth.

If you are curious about yourself and others, open to being honest and courageous, and willing
to engage in the work of
personal development and change, I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
